8 mm, 5 mukhi Rudraksha Mala 108 +1

The 5 Mukhi mala has a total of 108 + 1 Meru Indonesian beads.  The 5 Mukhi Rudraksha mala is believed to help maintain good health, well-being and keep the mind calm and composed. The mala controls anxiety, depression and makes the person motivated and positive.

How to use a Japa Mala

As per scriptures, one needs to begin from the Meru bead, complete the chant of 108 and reverse the mala and complete the next cycle of 108 chants. Ensure that while chanting one does not cross the Meru bead.
