About The Puja

  • On the occasion of Narasimha Jayanti which celebrates the birth of Narasimha who is considered as the incarnation of Lord Vishnu, we have organized a Vedic Puja devoted to this powerful avatar.
  • Narasimha Jayanti recounts how the demon king Hiranyakashipu, granted invincibility, opposed the worship of Lord Vishnu. Despite threats, Prahlad, Hiranyakashipu's son, remained faithful to Vishnu. In a final challenge, Narasimha, a half-man and half-lion incarnation of Vishnu, emerged from a pillar, killed Hiranyakashipu, and restored balance by defeating evil.
