Why Shravan Is the Right Time
Shravan is the month most closely associated with Lord Shiva, dedicated to devotion, discipline, and new spiritual beginnings.
It is traditionally considered the best time to acquire, energise, and begin wearing Rudraksha, and Jaipur’s devotees observe this significance every year as the month unfolds across the city.
Dr. Tanay Seetha explains what makes each Shravan Somvar significant, and the tithi behind the puja performed on it.
Rudralife’s Jaipur exhibition, running 13–16 August, falls squarely within this window (30 July–28 August in Jaipur), allowing visitors to select a Rudraksha and have it blessed at the on-site Vedic puja at the very time its spiritual significance is considered strongest.
17 August, the morning after the exhibition closes, is both a Shravan Somvar and Nag Panchami, so a bead chosen this weekend can be worn on one of the month’s most significant days.
Shravan in Jaipur runs from 30 July to 28 August, with Somvars remaining on 17 and 24 August. See the full Shravan 2026 calendar →

How We Bring the Best to You
Rudralife works directly with Rudraksha farmers in Nepal, rather than through layers of traders and middlemen. Every bead is then put through a strict in-house authentication process, one that rejects roughly 90% of what comes in, anything with the wrong Mukhi count, poor natural formation, or signs of tampering is set aside. What remains is roughly 10% that meets Rudralife’s standard.
From there, each bead goes through Rudralife’s own ACE energisation process, designed to enhance its natural energy, before it’s ever shown to a customer. That’s the standard every bead at this exhibition has already met before you see it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I bring a Rudraksha I already own to be checked?
Yes. Our RRTL lab will be present at the Jaipur exhibition, so any Rudraksha you own can be tested on-site rather than sent away. Our team will confirm the Mukhi count, check for tampering, and tell you whether the bead is genuine. This is one of the most common reasons people visit.
What if I have questions after the exhibition ends?
Our team continues to support you by call or WhatsApp. A purchase at the exhibition isn’t the end of the relationship.
Can I get a mala made the same day?
Our artisans are present through all four days, and most malas are curated on-site, made to your height and comfort.
Can I bring my family along?
Yes. Many visitors come as a family or with friends, and our experts are happy to spend time with each person individually, so everyone gets a consultation suited to them.
What’s the price range of Rudraksha at the exhibition?
Prices vary widely by Mukhi, origin, and size, from accessible 5 Mukhi Nepal beads to rare collector-grade higher Mukhis. Our experts will recommend within whatever range you’re comfortable with, and there’s no obligation to purchase.
The Bottom Line
Rudralife’s Jaipur exhibition brings 25 years of Rudraksha authentication and guidance to the city, timed with Shravan itself, so visitors can select, authenticate, and have their Rudraksha blessed during the month it matters most.
