Why do we celebrate Gita Jayanti?

It is said that the birth anniversary of no holy book is celebrated in the world. But the birth anniversary of the Shrimad Bhagwat Gita is celebrated. The reason given behind this is that other texts have been compiled by humans but Shrimad Bhagwat Gita was born from the mouth of Lord Shri Krishna himself.
